Did you ever stop to wonder whether or not those who meet you are glad when they see you? What kind of messenger are you? Do you carry a spirit of joy with you? Do you tell others a sorrowful tale of doom, misery and failure that saddens their hearts, or from your presence do they read a message of hope, joy and happiness?

When you go searching for happiness, remember that there is only one place you can find it – inside you. And only you can turn it on. None of us need a reason to be happy. Happiness is an attitude, not a result. As Paul is fond of saying, “You can never do enough or be enough to deserve happiness because you were born with it.”

Each day, if we are thoughtful and work at it, we can offer inspiration, affection, courage, caring, love and happiness to those we meet. And happiness will always reflect back to us, for the surest path to happiness is to give it to others. When we spread happiness, it comes back to us multiplied.

And if you’re feeling low, take a few moments to yourself, breathe and try the following affirmations…

“Into my sphere of influence, I bring a message of joy in every thought, word and action. The lives of those I touch are transformed. My own life is full of laughter and happiness.”

Happiness is everywhere I choose to see it, in the wag of a dogs tail, in the laugh of a child, in the bloom of a flower.”

“I release all negativity and hold joy in my heart.”

“Happiness expands within me. It lightens my life and touches everyone I meet.”

Enjoy life now —

it has an expiration date!

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas Season, sharing your laughter and joy with everyone.

Lots of love, Lexia
